If the underside of your baby changing pad is smooth or slippery material you might consider getting velcro to attach a changing pad to the top of the dresser or furniture those non skid mats that are often used to prevent rugs from slipping on hard floors you can cut the non skid mat to fit the dresser and changing pad.
